controvertible
Open to challenge
Controvertible means open to dispute or debate—the opposite of incontrovertible.
A controvertible claim can be challenged or argued against: The evidence is controvertible at best.
The word appears far less often than its negation; when something can be disputed, English speakers usually just say it's debatable or questionable.
