heapings
Piles upon piles
Heapings is the plural of heaping, an amount that rises above the rim of whatever contains it: two heapings of mashed potatoes.
More commonly, heaping appears as an adjective modifying the measure itself: a heaping tablespoon of sugar, heaping portions.
