health nuts
Obsessive fitness enthusiasts
Health nuts are people unusually devoted to healthy eating, exercise, and wellness practices.
The term carries mild mockery—suggesting obsession or evangelism that others find excessive: My brother's such a health nut he won't touch anything with refined sugar.
Sometimes used self-deprecatingly by enthusiasts themselves.
