gun collectors
Weapon hobbyist community
Gun collectors are people who acquire and accumulate firearms as a hobby, investment, or historical interest.
Collections may focus on particular eras, manufacturers, or types—antique revolvers, military rifles, rare handguns.
The term sometimes carries political connotations, as gun collectors often advocate for firearms rights: Gun collectors opposed the new registration requirements.
