goofus
Clumsy bumbling person
A goofus is a foolish or incompetent person—someone who habitually makes silly mistakes or acts absurdly: Don't be such a goofus.
The term is mildly dismissive rather than harsh, often used affectionately or in exasperation.
It appears in the long-running children's feature "Goofus and Gallant," where Goofus models bad behavior while Gallant does the right thing.
