goo-goo eyes
Infatuated puppy look
Goo-goo eyes are the adoring, dreamy looks that someone gives to a person they're romantically attracted to or infatuated with.
The expression usually appears in phrases like make goo-goo eyes at or give someone goo-goo eyes, and often carries a slightly mocking or teasing tone, suggesting the person is being excessively lovey-dovey or obvious about their affection.
