glass cup
Transparent drinking container
A glass cup is a drinking vessel made of glass rather than ceramic, metal, or plastic.
The term is somewhat redundant since cup already implies a drinking container, but it specifies the material: She poured the juice into a glass cup.
In everyday speech, such vessels are more often called simply glasses.
