giraffe feeding
Neck-stretching mealtime
Giraffe feeding refers to the activity of giving food to giraffes, typically at zoos, safari parks, or wildlife sanctuaries where visitors can hand-feed the animals from elevated platforms: The kids loved the giraffe feeding experience.
These encounters usually involve offering leafy vegetables or specially prepared biscuits to the animals at their natural head height.
