free trade agreement
Tariff elimination treaty
A free trade agreement is a treaty between countries to reduce or eliminate tariffs, quotas, and other barriers to trade.
Such agreements aim to increase commerce between signatories by making imports and exports cheaper and easier: NAFTA was a free trade agreement between the US, Canada, and Mexico.
