fake mustaches
Adhesive upper-lip props
Fake mustaches are artificial facial hair worn as costume, disguise, or novelty.
They attach with adhesive or spirit gum and range from theatrical-quality pieces to cheap party-store varieties.
The fake mustache is a cultural shorthand for comically bad disguise: He put on a fake mustache and thought no one would recognize him.
