facetime
One-on-one meeting time
Facetime is in-person interaction, as distinguished from communication by phone, email, or text.
The word gained currency alongside digital communication—when so much contact became virtual, a term emerged for the real thing: I need some facetime with the boss before the decision gets made.
In workplace contexts, facetime often implies visible presence for its own sake: He's not productive, just putting in facetime. (Capitalized FaceTime is Apple's video-calling application.)
