Made-up big number
Eleventy is a humorous or whimsical number suggesting an indefinitely large quantity, formed by blending eleven with the -ty suffix of proper tens.
Tolkien used it in *The Hobbit* for Bilbo's 111th birthday, giving the word literary cachet.
In casual speech, it exaggerates vagueness: I've told you eleventy times already.
