Dumbo is informal for a stupid person—someone perceived as slow or dim-witted: Don't be such a dumbo.
The insult derives from dumb in its sense of unintelligent, with the -o suffix adding a mocking, dismissive tone.
It's relatively mild, often used playfully among friends or directed at oneself after a foolish mistake. (Capitalized Dumbo is the Disney elephant character.)
