dry orgasm
Release without emission
A dry orgasm is an orgasm without ejaculation of semen.
This can occur naturally in prepubescent boys, in men who have had prostate surgery, or through deliberate practice in tantric or edging techniques.
Some men experience dry orgasms after multiple ejaculations in quick succession.
The sensation of climax remains, but no fluid is released.
