Scooped dough biscuits
Drop biscuits are a variety of biscuit that doesn't require rolling or cutting.
The dough is wet enough to drop by spoonfuls directly onto a baking sheet: I made drop biscuits because I didn't have time to roll out the dough.
They come out rustic and irregular rather than smooth and uniform, but the taste is the same.
