Four-door truck bed
A double cab is a pickup truck with a full-sized rear seat and four full doors, accommodating four or five passengers comfortably.
The term distinguishes it from regular cabs (single row of seats) and extended cabs (cramped rear seats with smaller doors): We got the double cab so the kids would have room.
Also called a crew cab.
