custom frames
Made-to-order surrounds
Custom frames are picture frames made or modified to fit specific dimensions, styles, or specifications rather than standard sizes.
The term typically appears in the context of art display and preservation, where a frame is built to match a particular piece: I took the painting to a shop for custom frames.
Custom framing services often include selecting materials, matting, and glass options to complement and protect the artwork.
