Curb stomped describes a brutal act of violence: forcing someone's open mouth onto a curb edge and stomping on the back of their head.
The term gained wider recognition from the 1998 film *American History X*.
Figuratively, it means to defeat or destroy utterly: Our team got curb stomped in the semifinals.
