comedy queen
Female funny sovereign
A comedy queen is a woman, often a stand-up comedian or actress, who dominates comedic performance with bold, unapologetic humor.
The term echoes "drama queen" but celebrates rather than criticizes—acknowledging someone who commands attention through wit rather than theatrics: She's the comedy queen of late-night television.
In drag culture, a comedy queen is a drag performer whose act emphasizes humor over glamour or dancing.
