circle of death
Card party activity
Circle of death is a drinking game where players sit around a deck of cards spread in a circle, each card triggering a different rule—waterfall, make a rule, questions, categories.
Breaking the circle of cards or drawing the fourth king typically means drinking a central "death cup." The phrase sometimes describes any circular arrangement with ominous implications: Traffic was backed up around the circle of death at the interchange.
