cinnamon challenge
Swallow powder stunt
The cinnamon challenge is an internet dare in which someone attempts to swallow a spoonful of ground cinnamon without water.
The powder's dryness triggers coughing, gagging, and clouds of cinnamon expelled from mouth and nose—reactions that made it popular to film and share online in the early 2010s.
The challenge poses genuine health risks, including choking and lung damage.
