cigar cutters
Tobacco cap removers
Cigar cutters are small tools designed to cleanly slice the closed end of a cigar before smoking.
Most use a guillotine-style blade, though punch cutters bore a circular hole instead.
The cut matters—too shallow and the draw is tight, too deep and the wrapper unravels.
He kept a cigar cutter on his keychain.
