Chastest is the superlative of chaste—most pure, most abstinent, most restrained in sexual matters.
Where chaste already implies virtue through restraint, chastest pushes to the extreme: the chastest of the nuns, the chastest thoughts.
The word sees limited use, as chastity tends not to invite comparison.
