caravaners
Desert convoy travelers
Caravaners are people who travel or vacation in caravans—either the trailer-style mobile homes towed behind vehicles (primarily British usage) or groups journeying together across wilderness, as in desert caravans.
The caravaners pulled into the campsite at dusk.
Also spelled caravanners.
