Calendar days are consecutive days counted by the calendar, including weekends and holidays.
The term appears in contracts and legal documents to distinguish from business days or working days: Payment is due within thirty calendar days.
If something must happen within seven calendar days, every day counts—Saturday, Sunday, Christmas.
