body washes
Liquid bathing products
Body washes are liquid cleansers designed for washing the skin during bathing or showering, typically dispensed from a bottle and applied with hands or a washcloth.
They differ from bar soap in form and often contain moisturizers, fragrances, or other skin-conditioning ingredients.
I switched to body washes because they don't dry out my skin like soap does.
The term is almost always plural, even when referring to a single product category.
