Lipophilic facial wash
Oil cleansing is a method of washing the face using oils rather than soap or detergent.
The principle is that oil dissolves oil—the cleansing oil binds to sebum and makeup, lifting them away when wiped or rinsed off.
Often followed by a water-based cleanser in what's called double cleansing: I switched to oil cleansing and my skin cleared up within weeks.
