big head mode
Comically enlarged cranium
Big head mode is a video game feature, usually a cheat code or unlockable option, that enlarges characters' heads to comical proportions while leaving their bodies normal-sized.
Popular in 1990s sports and shooter games, it made targets easier to hit while adding absurdist humor: I turned on big head mode and now everyone looks like bobbleheads.
