bezique
Two-player card game
Bezique is a card game for two players using a double deck of 64 cards, with eights and below removed.
Players score points through combinations of cards called melds and by winning tricks containing aces and tens.
The game was popular in 19th-century France and England: Winston Churchill was famously devoted to bezique.
