alway
Archaic for perpetually
Alway is an archaic or dialectal form of always, meaning at all times or perpetually.
It appears in older texts, particularly the King James Bible: I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
The form survives in some regional speech but sounds antiquated in modern standard English.
