incessantly
On and on
Incessantly means without stopping or pausing, continuing on and on in a way that often becomes tiresome or annoying.
The dog barked incessantly until someone let him inside.
While the word technically just means continuously, it nearly always carries a negative connotation—you wouldn't describe something pleasant as happening incessantly.
Someone who talks incessantly never seems to shut up.
