all singing, all dancing

Bells and whistles

All singing, all dancing describes something that has every possible feature, option, or capability—usually technology, software, or equipment.

The phrase comes from early Hollywood musical promotions that promised spectacular entertainment with every performer singing and dancing.

Today it's used somewhat ironically for products marketed as having impressive bells and whistles: They bought the all-singing, all-dancing model with features they'll never use.

More common in British English than American.
