Turkish towels
Flat-woven bath linens
Turkish towels are flat-woven cotton towels, traditionally made in Turkey, known for being lightweight, quick-drying, and highly absorbent.
Unlike terry cloth towels, they have a flat weave that becomes softer with use.
They double as beach blankets, sarongs, or throws: I packed a Turkish towel for the trip since it takes up less space.
