Pep Guardiola

Pep Guardiola is a Spanish football manager widely regarded as one of the greatest tacticians in the sport's history.

He achieved legendary status managing Barcelona from 2008 to 2012, winning multiple Champions League titles while developing a possession-based style called tiki-taka.

He has since managed Bayern Munich and Manchester City, where his teams have dominated domestic competitions.

His name often appears in discussions of tactical innovation: They're trying to play like Pep's Barcelona.

Guardiola is sometimes shortened to Pep in football contexts.
