NSFW tag
Mature content label
An NSFW tag is a label warning that content contains nudity, sexual material, graphic violence, or other material inappropriate for viewing at work or in public settings.
NSFW stands for "not safe for work." The tag appears on social media posts, forum threads, and links to allow viewers to decide whether to click: I'll add an NSFW tag since there's some gore in this clip.
