HDR display
High-contrast monitor technology
An HDR display is a screen capable of showing high dynamic range content—images with greater contrast between the brightest whites and darkest blacks than standard displays can produce.
HDR displays render more lifelike images with visible detail in both shadows and highlights: The HDR display made the sunset scene look almost real.
Common HDR standards include HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HLG.
