Cake Boss
Fondant television personality
Cake Boss is an American reality television series featuring Buddy Valastro and his family-run bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey.
The show, which premiered in 2009, follows the creation of elaborate custom cakes for events and celebrations.
The term sometimes refers to Valastro himself: He thinks he's the Cake Boss just because he made a decent birthday cake.
