Babysitters Club
Teen caregiving group
The Babysitters Club is a series of young adult novels by Ann M.
Martin, launched in 1986, following a group of teenage girls who run a babysitting business in the fictional town of Stoneybrook, Connecticut.
The franchise expanded into graphic novels, a TV series, and films.
The title is sometimes used loosely to describe any organized group of friends: We're not running a babysitters club here.
