A-OK

All systems go

A-OK means completely fine or in perfect working order, coined during NASA's Mercury missions in the early 1960s.

The "A" supposedly emphasized "okay" for clearer radio transmission.

It conveys cheerful reassurance that all systems are functioning: Mission control confirmed everything was A-OK.

Also appears as a-ok or A-okay.
