untraumatized
Not emotionally wounded
Untraumatized describes someone who has not experienced trauma or who remains psychologically unharmed by difficult events.
The word often appears in clinical or therapeutic contexts, distinguishing those who have suffered lasting psychological damage from those who haven't: The study compared traumatized and untraumatized children.
It can also describe emerging from hardship intact: She came through the divorce relatively untraumatized.
