unspellable
Can't be written
Unspellable describes a word that someone cannot spell correctly, or that seems impossible to spell: Is it "accommodate" or "accomodate"? That word is unspellable.
The term is slightly paradoxical—if a word were truly unspellable, it couldn't be written at all.
What people mean is that the spelling is difficult to remember or counterintuitive.
