unsociableness
Aversion to company
The quality of being disinclined toward the company of others.
Unsociableness isn't necessarily hostility—it may simply be a preference for solitude or an aversion to small talk: His unsociableness made him a poor fit for the sales team.
The word is formal and somewhat rare; unsociability is more common.
