unloadable

Able to empty

Unloadable describes something that can be unloaded—cargo removed from a vehicle, ammunition ejected from a weapon, goods taken off a ship: The containers are unloadable by forklift.

In computing, unloadable software or modules can be removed from memory.

Confusingly, unloadable occasionally means the opposite—incapable of being unloaded—though context usually clarifies which sense applies.
