ungodly
Shockingly early or wicked
Ungodly means wicked, sinful, or contrary to religious principles: ungodly behavior, an ungodly alliance.
More commonly, it describes something outrageous or unreasonable, especially regarding time or degree: They called at an ungodly hour, an ungodly amount of money.
The informal sense has largely overtaken the religious one in everyday speech.
