Uncheckable describes something that cannot be verified or confirmed.
A claim may be uncheckable because evidence is inaccessible, destroyed, or never existed: His alibi was essentially uncheckable—no witnesses, no cameras.
In computing or interface contexts, uncheckable can describe a checkbox that cannot be selected or cleared, typically because it's disabled or locked.
