Failing to value
Unappreciation is the state of not being appreciated or the failure to recognize value in something.
It's less common than its positive counterpart, often appearing where *lack of appreciation* might serve: After years of unappreciation, she finally quit.
The word can describe both the feeling of being undervalued and the act of undervaluing.
