tumble-dry
Dryer's heat cycle
Tumble-dry means to dry clothing or fabric in a machine that rotates them in heated air.
Care labels on garments often specify whether items can be tumble-dried and at what temperature setting.
The label says tumble-dry on low heat.
Some delicate fabrics shrink or become damaged when tumble-dried and must be air-dried instead.
