stepcousin

Parent's spouse's nephew

A stepcousin is the child of one's stepparent's sibling, or the stepchild of one's parent's sibling—a cousin relationship created through remarriage rather than blood.

The term sees limited use; most people simply say "cousin" regardless of whether the connection came through a stepparent: I met my stepcousins at my mom's second wedding.
