silly face
Playful facial contortion
A silly face is a deliberately distorted facial expression made to amuse, usually by crossing eyes, sticking out the tongue, puffing cheeks, or contorting features in exaggerated ways.
Children make silly faces to get laughs; adults make them at babies or in playful photos: Stop making silly faces and smile for the camera.
