segway tour
Gliding city exploration
A segway tour is a guided sightseeing excursion where participants ride Segways—two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles.
Popular in tourist areas, these tours let groups cover more ground than walking while an instructor leads them past landmarks: We took a segway tour of the National Mall.
The format has become synonymous with a certain kind of tourist experience.
